The D9 Dozer is a bulldozer manufactured by Caterpillar.
The D9 is a 300-hp 50-t dozer with a 15-yd push. The dozer is about 1/3 the power of the D475 Dozer.
One of these is used at the Quartz Creek Claim and Indian River Claim in season 3. The dozer used on the show is DZ-418
Two of these, a D9L and a D9N,is used at McKinnon Creek Claim, leased by Dave Turin, in season 5, as part owner of the crew.
